Yesterday was a day. Well, I know it was a day...but it was A DAY. We awoke at 2:50 a.m. to Harper being Harper. The past few weeks, she's been waking up in the middle of the night crying. We'll go in, give her a bottle, pat her bottom, and she's back asleep. Not Wednesday morning. From 2:50 a.m. until about 5:30 a.m. (20 minutes before David's alarm went off), we were up with her. She was hysterical. I think it's the teeth. Stupid teeth. We used all of our tricks, nothing worked. Finally, we closed their door and let her cry for about 10 minutes. Pipsqueak slept through the whole thing. I went back in, picked her up, and she was OUT. So, I went back to bed, too. And like I said, that was 20 minutes before David's alarm went off.
So, Wednesday morning didn't start off so great. The internet issues I had on Tuesday made themselves known again all. day. yesterday. I called AT&T and was like, "Seriously...you have to fix this." And dear sweet Kendra did. But, only for about 15 minutes. It was lame the rest of the day. I was so frustrated. I was throwing things. I went outside and kicked the bushes. I shredded all of the toilet paper. I'm not proud of the things I did. But I rely on the internet for my job. And when I can't get my job done, I get angry. RUTH! SMASH! But, I mean...it's okay. My buddies on the coast were super understanding and I appreciate that, but still. Anyways. So, David came home from work and fixed it!! That man. While Kendra had, in fact, fixed whatever the problem was...(and how creepy they can repair our internet remotely when they're across the country)...she had failed to mention that I needed to reset our modem and wireless router to sync with our new profile or whatever. But it's great now and my internet is back up.
But, because of my late night extravaganza and because it was a doozy of a day, we went to bed at like 6:42 p.m. and I didn't have a chance to blog. So, TOMORROW. Yay!
