Ohhh my goodness, we had SUCH a good weekend! We went home and on Saturday, I had a WONDERFUL babies shower, given by my Mom's best friend (and my second Mom), Miz Di and my first grade teacher and also my wedding planner, Mrs. Jeanie. It was. SO. MUCH. FUN. And I was completely overwhelmed by friends and family and the love shown to these squirmy little girls. I just had to take a step back and say, Wow...we are blessed. These ladies gave up their Saturday afternoon to come celebrate with us and I can't even express how much it meant. I can't wait to show you guys all the cutie pie stuff we got. Sara took some pictures...mainly of me and my fat face, but I'll leave y'all with a picture of what Sara's "man friend" Jeremy got the girls. SO. ADORABLE. I can't stand it. He got each of them a pair of monster Adidas...in the tiniest little shoe boxes you ever did see.
Also, my newest, recurring pregnancy dream...I'll dream that I wake up or look in the mirror and my stomach is super small and the babies are still there, but they shrunk and I get all worried. So, when I wake up for real, I always check my belly to make sure it's still there. Funny how an abnormally large gut is reassuring in the morning.
